FAQ

Do I need to be a member to play golf at this course?

Preference is given to paid up members, but there are a number of tee times available for guests and visitors. Trial memberships are also available that will allow you to sample the facility and its amenities without a long term commitment.

Do I need to be a member to take lessons?

We are proud of our professional staff and have provided a number of sessions open to outside golfers. Just check our web site for a schedule of open lesson times and prices and sign up for a slot.

How is your golf course ranked?

Our current rankings are updated monthly and are available on our web site. Our general rating is as an intermediate to advanced course. While we have 2 or 3 holes which are considered quite challenging, our goal was to create an engaging experience for the golf enthusiast who is not quite ready to go pro.

We will be adding some advanced alternate holes next year for those who want to really polish up their game.

What are your membership fees like?

A full access membership is fairly expensive, but there are a number of lower cost options, depending on how often you play and which activities you wish to participate in. While different membership includes access to different selections of our dances, parties and other special events, all activities are available to any member on an event by event basis. A full listing of membership and individual event fees are available on the web site.

What is your pro shop like?

Like most golf courses, we have a fully staffed and equipped pro shop where you can buy clubs, bags and accessories at fairly reasonable prices. Unlike other clubs, we have special agreements with some of the top equipment manufacturers where we can let members borrow their gear for a game or two, then order from their websites using our course discount. This allows you to try out your purchase before you pay. Just another advantage of membership at our Golf Club.

Do you give golf lessons?

Graded golf lessons are available year round from our professional staff of golf instructors. Members also have access to our practice areas for putting and chipping, and a fully equipped driving range is part of the campus.

One on one lessons are available, as well as group lessons which work better for beginners. Often when tournament professionals are in the area, we engage them to give a master class on a particular aspect of the game of golf.

How about amenities?

Our campus has a fully equipped kitchen ready to produce anything from snacks and party food to 5-star cuisine. Meals can be ordered in one of several dining areas, some of which are outside. Three fully equipped bars also help keep things flowing.

A card room for people who like sit down games is now open, with a variety of group games running throughout the day and evening.
